What are your Shipping Policy?
Processing time is 48-72 hours after payment is received for in stock items. During summer months products will only ship beginning of the week to ensure product does not sit on a hot truck over the weekend. For out of stock items expect 1 to 2 week processing time. We work diligently to restock items that are out of stock as soon as possible. I will keep you updated if there are any delays by emailing the address you provided.
Can I return an item?
I greatly appreciate you shopping with Best You 4ward! While I strive for the BEST, things do happen.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original undamaged packaging. Please keep the receipt.
To return a product, please email notify of your intent to return, your name and the reason for your return.
I will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately, and will cover the cost of shipping the faulty product back. Please email as soon as possible at in the event you receive damaged or incorrect products.
My product is melted. What do I do?
If product is melted please place in refrigerator till harden. The composition of the product is not altered. Although, the consistency will more than likely be changed.
